We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for both you and us.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your tour, the following charges will apply:

  • More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund (excluding PayPal transaction fees).
  • 4–7 days before the tour date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded (excluding PayPal transaction fees).
  • 3 days or less before the tour date (including no-show): 100% of the total tour price will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

📌 Note: PayPal transaction fees (typically around 4%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to change the date of your tour, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 7 days before the original tour date.
  • Less than 7 days before the tour, rescheduling may incur a fee depending on availability.

3. Cancellation by the Guide

In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), we may have to cancel the tour. If this happens:

  • You will receive a full refund OR
  • We will try to reschedule the tour to a later date at your convenience.
